"How can the richest 1% be winning this brutal class war against the 99% of us"
Myths of state finances: "A spate of recent articles regarding the fiscal situation of states and localities have lumped together their current fiscal problems, stemming largely from the recession, with longer-term issues relating to debt, pension obligations, and retiree health costs, to create the mistaken impression that drastic and immediate measures are needed to avoid an imminent fiscal meltdown."
"Olbermann departs, as media consolidate further"
"Social Security benefits in US already small compared to other advanced countries."
"Our Brooks Bros. Sopranos"
Volcker out, Immelt in....another big kiss for big business
FLOTUS being used as a shill for Wal-Mart whose "nutritional promises are not only weak in their aspirational goals; they’re also non-binding; a company has a long, dark track record of sex discrimination and workers rights abuses....plenty of evidence that when Walmart moves into town, the company puts small businesses out of business and sucks capital out of the community."
GE not really an American company; but Obama continues to place foxes in the hen house; as unions appear to lose their spines.
