Looking At Astroturf Tea Party and Other Fools on April Fool's Day
Among the characteristics of the astroturf Tea Partiers and other right
wing reactionary zealots, besides racism, bigotry, and an embrace of
violence, is a woeful ignorance of the English language.
None of these 21st century nativists see the irony and idiocy in their claim or demand that English should be the official language of the US...another coded anti-immigrant rant.
Therefore it's fitting that on this April Fool's Day, we look at some examples of the grasp and proficiency of English of these self proclaimed "patriots."

"These are signs seen primarily at Tea Party Protests.
"They all feature "creative" spelling or grammar.
"This new dialect of the English language shall be known as "Teabonics."
