GOP VP Candidate Palidrone Hits An Ignorance Trifecta
"But McCain's top economic adviser, Douglas Holtz-Eakin, doesn't believe Palin and McCain will be able to keep her balanced budget promise. In an interview with Neil Cavuto on Thursday, Holtz-Eakin admitted that McCain was "not going to be able to do it:"
CAVUTO: You're not going to be able to do it.
HOLTZ-EAKIN: I couldn't agree with you more.
CAVUTO: All right. Then how do you do it?
HOLTZ-EAKIN: Let me finish. I did you know we put out a plan and this is how we'll do it. Then the world exploded. No doubt about it. We're now looking at a trillion dollars for the federal deficit."
And Palin's new Iran lie:
"In her interview with Fox News' Greta van Susteren last night, Gov. Sarah Palin appeared to claim that the U.S. needs to "win" the non-existent war with Iran:
We realize that more and more Americans are starting to see the light there and understand the contrast. And we talk a lot about, OK, we're confident that we're going to win on Tuesday, so from there, the first 100 days, how are we going to kick in the plan that will get this economy back on the right track and really shore up the strategies that we need over in Iraq and Iran to win these wars?"
Did the American people miss Congress declaring war on Iran somehow?
And another Palin incorrect explanation of the office of vice president that again proves she knows nothing about the Constitution's job description of that position (she apparently thinks she's smarter than the framers of the Constitution and doesn't need to waste her time reading the document...what can you expect from a beauty queen constestant who attended five colleges in six years before she was able to graduate).
Just as she failed a third grader's question, she failed even a Fixed Noise interviewer's question, which should be hard for her to do, considering Fixed Noise is the media propaganda arm of the Republican Party.
"In a recent interview, Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) claimed that the vice president was "in charge of the United States Senate."She added that she was excited to "make a lot of good policy changes." As ThinkProgress reported, her claim was contradicted by the Senate Parliamentarian's office and the U.S. Constitution.
"Yesterday in an interview with Fox's Greta Van Susteren, Palin took another shot at outlining the role of the vice president. This time, Palin completely changed her answer:
Well, they've to be exclusively, of course, concentrating on the administrative side of governance. And there again, that's where my executive experience will be put to good use. But John McCain and I have spoken a lot about the missions that we'll be on together and about where he would like to see me lead. And energy independence is first and foremost what I will be able to help, in a supportive role, be able to help him get this nation firmly on that path towards energy independence.
"Palin still doesn't seem to be clear on what she'll be doing if elected to office. MSNBC's Chris Matthews recently became frustrated with Palin's lack of knowledge, demanding that she "read a job description." Based on what Palin hopes to be able to do while in office ”strong control over both the legislative and executive branches” it seems like it will be a third term of Vice President Cheney. (HT: News Hounds)"
The latter two include videos, if you care to watch Palin lie and make a fool of herself again, and again.
However, the bigger fool is McSame showing his lack of judgment, lack of integrity and ignorance while putting his country last in selecting Palindrone.
