Kucinich Introduces 35 Articles of Impeachment Resolution Against Bush

Article I
Creating a Secret Propaganda Campaign to Manufacture a False Case for War Against Iraq
Endangering the Health of 911 First Responders
AP devoted five brief, mostly one sentence paragraphs, to the story. So far, the mainstream media have been AWOL on coverage.
Shame on the Democratic leaders of the House of Representatives, especially the Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who pulled impeachment off the table.
Will members of the Progressive Caucus and others in the House with a sense of responsibility to the American people support Kucinich's resolution?
Highly doubtful since members of Congress apparently have chosen to ignore or deny their responsibilities even though Bush, Cheney and their administration's crimes are so blatant and egregious.
Because Congress failed to complete Nixon's impeachment and settled for his resignation (Ford, of course, pardoned Nixon, forever a stain on the Ford presidency); and Congress failed to impeach Reagan and George H.W. Bush for Iran-Contra and Bill Clinton called a halt to the investigation, the American people were not made aware of the terrible crimes perpetrated during by these presidents and their administrations.
And so, because Congress abrogated its responsibility to the American people and this country, history repeated itself with George W. Bush and surely will again under another Republican president in the future.
